Welcome to Learn Bengali Online. By accessing this website and booking our tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
1. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download materials (such as our “20 Classic Fables in Bengali Script” or other digital downloads) from Learn Bengali Online for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not modify or copy the materials, use them for any commercial purpose, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
2. Lesson Bookings, Packages, and Cancellations
To ensure a structured and respectful learning environment for both our global students and tutors, the following rules apply to all lesson bookings:
- Booking Notice: All lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Pay Per Lesson: Individual lessons are strictly non-refundable once booked and confirmed.
- Week Package: 5-lesson packages are valid for 15 days, require fixed daily timings, and are non-refundable.
- Month Package: 10-lesson packages are valid for 30 days, require fixed weekly timings, and are partially refundable (up to 50%) at the discretion of the management if circumstances prevent the completion of the package.
3. User Conduct
We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms during online video lessons will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on Learn Bengali Online’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Learn Bengali Online makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Agartala, Tripura, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
